“Under Part 1 of Article 166 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and the Part 3 of Article 141 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the NA Rules of Procedure nominated Vahe Grigoryan’s candidacy for the vacancy position of the judge of the Constitutional Court.

Under Part 5 of Article 141 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the NA Rules of Procedure the issue of the election of the Judge of the Constitutional Court will be debated in the regular sittings of the National Assembly to be convened on October 23,” the RA NA Speaker Ara Babloyan’s statement reads.
